100 Years of East London Style in 100 Seconds.

100 Years of East London Style in 100 Seconds.
I think I’m in love.
Had quite a busy day today. And the best of times.
Honestly, it’s been quite some time since I’ve had a day like this.
Kind of regretting not taking more pictures since I got to spend the day with three beautiful girls. (one after another! Imagine my luck!)
Anyways, I only got to taking pictures when the day has almost ended. Here, Sammie (who I have yet to find an awesome alias for) and I were just wrapping up our night with some dessert -

What I wore today:

Top by Topshop
Cardigan by Cotton On
Jeans by Cheap Monday
Bag by Nina Ricci
Shoes by Zara
(note to self: remember to clean mirrors!)
I did plan my entire outfit around my new Zara shoes. Only to decide to exchange them for a smaller size, right before I left the house. And. Sadly, I didn’t get to exchange them since Zara will not accept any returns or exchanges till the 21st June. ):
Won’t be able to wear them till then.
Mum & I decided to head down to the city today. It was such beautiful day. (Must point out: very rare these days in Melbourne)

Cardigan by Cotton On
Top by Kookai
Necklace by Sportsgirl
High-waisted Shorts by Topshop
Tights by Target
Charm Bracelet by Tiffany & Co
Shoes by Country Road
Bag by Burberry (not pictured above)
Thought I’d put up a couple of randoms shots of my outfit. (cause it though it was cute & I was wearing the new pair of boots we had bought last week from Country Road)
And so, we went to check out the new Zara store in the city!

I apologize for the bad shot(s). The street was so busy I didn’t want to stop and take tourist-y pictures of a store, so I gracefully held up my phone while walking and discreetly took these pictures. I must say though, I doubt it worked. Am pretty sure the people next to me were laughing at my failed attempt to be “discreet”.
Anyways, the point of these pictures:
1. To show all of you the pretty Zara signs and window displays.
2. By golly gosh, look at that queue!
3. OMG we have a Zara in Melbourne!!! Finally.
How can you walk past a Zara store and not go in?! Especially since it’s new & shiny! So, Mum and I queued up. And in we went!
With all the pretty clothes in the store, I’m surprised I didn’t end up in a clothes coma. Seriously.
And.
I exited with these new babies:

Aren’t they just gorgeous!
Here’s another, with them on:

Come to think of it, I should go back into the store tomorrow, and see if they have it in a size smaller. They feel (& look) a little big.
All in all, a good day well spent.
Hope your Thursday was a good one!
